Meet Jon Carson

Jon Carson spent 25 years as a police officer, carrying the weight of people’s hardest moments. When it became too much, he discovered that the same mental tools used by elite athletes could help rebuild a mind under pressure—breathing through stress, learning from adversity, and moving forward.

Today Jon is a golf professional and mental performance coach, the author of Inward. Onward. Forward., and the creator of the 3-2-1 Reset. His TED Talk How PTSD Saved My Life has shared his approach worldwide, and he teaches at B3 Performance Golf, where the mental and physical game stay connected.
